Priviqe
Website terms
These website terms govern informational use of priviqe.com. A service mandate exists only under a separately accepted agreement.
Information, not an offer
Website content is general and may change. It is not legal, tax, investment, medical or investigative advice and is not a promise that a mandate will be accepted.
Mandates
Any work begins only after scope, authority, exclusions, fees and relevant handling arrangements are agreed. The mandate agreement takes precedence over website descriptions.
External providers
Where specialist or regulated work is needed, a provider may be proposed for client approval. Wherever practical, that provider contracts with and invoices the client directly. Priviqe does not receive or hold client funds.
Permitted use
The website may not be misused, interfered with, scraped in a way that impairs service, or used to submit unlawful content. Brand and editorial material remain protected by applicable intellectual-property law.
Availability and liability
Reasonable care is taken with website content and operation, but uninterrupted availability and completeness are not guaranteed. Mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.
