Estate Management
A private residence should be ready when needed and properly cared for when it is not in use. Priviqe coordinates planned work, providers, handovers, records and updates.
Scope
Preparing the residence
Before an arrival, rooms, utilities, agreed services and outstanding work are reviewed and coordinated. Individual requests, guests and planned activities are reflected in a clear preparation list.
Opening and closing
Private residences used seasonally or at irregular intervals are given consistent opening and closing procedures. Access, equipment, deliveries, supplies and necessary checks are recorded.
Residence inspections and absence monitoring
Agreed inspections record the visible condition of rooms, temperature, power, water, alarms and signs of damage. Observations are documented, and Priviqe agrees the next steps with the client and the relevant specialists whenever an issue is identified.
Maintenance planning
Recurring work is entered in a maintenance calendar and commissioned in good time. Appointments, provider reports and identified issues are followed until the agreed work is complete.
Providers, quotations and work
Priviqe identifies suitable specialists, compares quotations, coordinates inspections and appointments, and follows the work through to documented handover.
Property records and inventories
Contacts, warranties, maintenance records, inventories and important property information are held in an organised record. Previous work, open matters and responsibilities therefore remain traceable.
Household operations and staffing needs
When household staff is needed, Priviqe defines the role with the client and works with our partner Recruitelle to identify suitable candidates. Priviqe can then coordinate schedules, responsibilities and practical routines within the residence.
Continuity during periods of absence
A well managed residence depends on consistent routines and complete records. Recurring maintenance, short-notice work and preparation before an arrival are therefore held in one property overview.
The owner receives agreed status reports, cost summaries and clearly identified approvals. Priviqe coordinates the appointed specialists, records progress and brings every update into the property overview.
