Executive travel and mobility

We align itineraries, flights, accommodation, transfers and appointments with the business schedule. Private stages of a journey and private aviation can be included within the same plan.

Private administration

We handle personal correspondence, appointments, records and recurring private tasks. Private responsibilities remain organised while attention stays with the executive role.

Temporary support

We support existing assistants and chiefs of staff during capacity gaps, travel, transitions and demanding project periods. Tasks, access and handovers are clearly defined for the agreed period.

Particular projects and research

We coordinate private or business related projects involving several participants and a defined schedule. Any required research is presented with sources, options and the points relevant to a decision.

Business and private commitments within one view

Appointments, travel and private responsibilities cannot always be separated in daily life. Priviqe keeps the relevant information together and ensures that decisions and next steps remain clear.

Yes. Cover can be arranged for a travel period, a vacancy, a transition or a particular project. The duration, access and responsibilities are agreed before work begins.

What does executive travel support include?

Access reflects the tasks within the mandate and is assigned only to the responsible people. Communication, records and the recipients of updates are agreed at the outset.

When is Priviqe available?

Regular availability is from 09:00 to 17:00 Swiss time. Additional hours can be arranged in advance for travel, important appointments and agreed projects.
